(1), In accordance with Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (2015 Edition) of China, be included in the allowable colorants.

Can be applied to all kind of products. Maximum concentration is 3%.

In raw materials, the content of 2-Chloro-4-nitrobenzenamine is not more than 0.3%, the content of 2-Naphthalenol is not more than 1%, the content of 2,4-Dinitrobenzenamine is not more than 0.02%, the content of 1-((2,4-Dinitrophenyl)azo)-2-naphthalenol is not more than 0.5%, the content of 4-((2-Chloro-4-nitrophenyl)azo)-1-naphthalenol is not more than 0.5%, the content of 1-((4-Nitrophenyl)azo)-2-naphthalenol is not more than 0.3%, the content of 1-((4-Chloro-2-nitrophenyl)azo)-2-naphthalenol is not more than 0.5%.

Prohibited to use in hair dyeing products.

(2), In accordance with EU regulations (EC) 2009/1223, directive 88/667/EEC, be included in Annex IV/9.

Maximum concentration is 3%.

(3), In accordance with EU regulations (EC) 2013/344, be included in Annex II/1345.
