Molecular Formula & Molecular Weight

Molecular Formula: N/A

Molecular Weight: N/A

Structure

Schematic formula:

Properties

Appearance    (1), colorless to pale yellow transparent viscous liquid.

Solubility    dispersible in water to soluble in water. Soluble in ethanol. Solubility is related to polymerization degree of glycerol, polymerization branching degree. Generally, with the increase of polymerization degree and polymerization branching degree of glycerol, water solubility decreases.

Hygroscopicity    hygroscopic.

Stability    stable.

Risk    Liquid form: irritation, irritation to skin, eye.

GHS label:

Animal Toxicity

mouse oral LD50

20000mg/kg[1]

Ecology    may be hazardous to environment. Water body should be given special attention.

Biodegradability    biodegradable.

Characteristics    excellent emulsifying, dispersing, solubilizing, lubricating, antistatic abilities. Excellent biocompatibility. Resistance to high temperature, low temperature. Performance is related to polymerization degree of glycerol, polymerization branching degree.
