(1b), Non-oxidative hair dye products, maximum concentration is 5%.
(1c), Rinse-off products other than hair dye products, maximum concentration is 10%.
(1d), Other non-spray cosmetic products, maximum concentration is 2.6%.
(1e), Spray products (fine fragrances, hair sprays, antiperspirant and deodorant), maximum concentration is 2.6%.
The level of ethylene glycol impurity in Ethoxydiglycol must be ≤ 0.1%.
Not to be used in eye products and oral products.
