[Terminology] Dynamic surface tension and dynamic interface tension

Definition: before the equilibrium value of surface/interface tension is reached, surface/interface tension which changes with time is dynamic surface/interface tension. In other words, surface/interface tension of non-equilibrium state is dynamic surface/interface tension.

The process time from dynamic surface/interface tension to equilibrium surface/interface tension is affected by many factors, including but not limited to: solute properties, concentration, temperature, solvent properties, etc. Therefore, different systems require different time.

Generally, in the system, the concentration of surfactant is higher, time of reached equilibrium is shorter; for the same type of surfactants, hydrophobic chain is longer, time of reached equilibrium is longer.

In practical application, time factor of surface/interface tension should be fully considered.
